Correct an entry
Anyone can flag an error. Send the register number, which starts with BBLL, what is wrong, and a link to a source that shows the right fact.
- Lenders that claim their entry can change business facts: name, city, loan types, deal range and loan officers.
- Charters and program approvals change only when the regulator or program updates its record. Each links to that record.
- Public records appear as the source presents them, so the entry changes when the source does.
Reply to a record
Lenders see anything beyond basic business facts before it goes live and can post a reply. The reply shows beside the record with its date.
Remove an entry
Email register@levr.ai from an address on the lender's domain with the register number. We review and answer every request, and we remove entries for lenders that do not make business loans.
Personal emails and mobile numbers never appear on the register. If you find one, tell us and we take it down the same day.
Remove my profile
Loan officers can remove their own profile at any time. Send the request from your work email, or from the email on your profile if you have moved on, with your register number. We take it down within two business days and reply to confirm.
Mortgage and consumer lenders
The register lists business lenders only. A lender that makes only mortgage or consumer loans can ask to come off, and we remove it.
