What a listing is
A listing is a public record of a business lender: who it is, where it lends, what it funds and its standing. A profile is the same for a loan officer who works there. Entries come from public records and from the lenders themselves, and every fact carries its source and date.
What the register does
The register helps you find and compare lenders and loan officers, and request contact. You choose the lender and the loan. Read every offer and fee disclosure before you sign.
For listed lenders
- Listing is free. Claiming is free. Status rises only on evidence, never on payment.
- A lender that claims its entry is responsible for what it adds, and keeps its deal profile, fees and contact details accurate.
- We may remove or mark an entry that we find to be false or misleading, and the entry says so.
- Badges and award marks may be shown only while the live record supports them, and must link back to the entry.
Professional listings
- Loan officer profiles show professional facts only: name, title, employer, work city, loan types, specialties and public licence numbers such as an NMLS ID, each with its source and date.
- We never publish personal emails, mobile numbers or home addresses. Contact requests go through the register to the loan officer's work inbox or Levr workspace.
- A loan officer can claim a profile with a work email on the employer's domain and then edit it, or remove it at any time.
- To remove a profile, use the removal form or email register@levr.ai from your work email, or from the email on the profile if you have moved on. We take it down within two business days and confirm by email.
- When a loan officer leaves a lender, the profile comes off that lender's entry. The officer can claim it again at the new lender.
Using the register
You may use the register to find and contact lenders and loan officers. You may not copy it in bulk, use it to send unsolicited marketing, or present its entries as your own.
